Well, our next assignemnt in the class I am taking is actually a competition to design the race car driver, Sarah Fisher's helmet for the "race for the cure" campaign.
Looking really good so far! I'm a huge fan of the side of the helmet. Very strong with the black and white background pointing down and towards the front of the helmet. Then overlaying the logos really big over that. Nice call.
I do think the back, top and front could use a bit more work, but overall this is a very good start.
The black and white helmet is more out side the box and I think adds something to the way the other graphics stand out. I wonder it would look with a gradient from black to white instead of the straight line division of the colors.
I would punch up the 67 somehow...maybe add a black circle behind it or a light pink circle...idk..just something to make it pop out more. I like the division of the black and white though, clean and simple yet effective.
